Workplace Injury

Although safety standards have improved tremendously in the last century, workplace injuries nonetheless continue. Often, the cause of workplace injuries are defective or dangerous products. When dangerous or defective products injur or kill people, our firm seeks to hold the companies responsible for these products accountable.

We work with engineers and experts to carefully examine and understand the nature of the product causing the injury. We seek to find out about other injuries that may have been caused by the product. We try to determine whether design changes or other safety measures could have been implemented.

The companies that manufacture dangerous or defective products are willing to fight hard to defend their products and have substantial resources to do so.  They do not want to have their product found to be defective or dangerous in court. They often try to show that the injured person (and sometime the injured person’s employer) were responsible for the injury.

We fight back.
